Well, my name is Melissa Regier, I am 18 years old, and live on a ranch near Leader, Saskatchewan, Canada. I grew up in Alberta until 6 years ago, when my family moved to that lovely province of Saskatchewan! I was homeschooled for the entirety of my school-aged years, and graduated in ’05. This past year I attended Capernwray Harbour Bible Centre on Thetis Island, BC, Canada, and enjoyed my year there SO much… God taught me an incredible amount and really revealed His faithfulness to me.
I enjoy music (violin, piano, guitar, singing), reading, running, hockey, snowboarding, and spending time with friends.
I’ve been on two missions trips to Mexico, and spent last summer in the beautiful country of Uganda, Africa, and I am so thankful to God for the desire He has given me to serve Him in missions, and especially Africa! I can’t wait to see what amazing and wonderful things my awesome God is going to do next year. I know He certainly does not need me, and I am grateful beyond words that He has chosen to use me! All I can do is surrender to Him and let Him work in me and through me – this is my prayer for the coming year and the rest of my life!
