This week just seemed to fly by... I can't believe it's the weekend already! Ministry went really well this week. On Monday the classes at J-Bay primary were cancelled once again, so I accompanied several other girls to their ministry at an afterschool program called Ithemba. On Tuesday and Thursday at the Madiba Bay creche, I got some good opportunities to talk to the two people who work there, and I'm excited to build those relationships and see how God will use me there. I've also started bringing crafts and pictures to color for all the kids, and I'm teaching them some Bible stories and lessons, and some new songs as well. On Wednesday at the creche in Humansdoorp, we bathed all 17 kids, and then on Thursday at the other creche, Jamie and I bathed all 20 kids that were there that day! It was good to just do something practical and I think I'm pretty much a po at washing kids now!

     Lately God hasn't been teaching me anything deep or profound - He's really been pressing on my heart that He wants me to just be satisfied in knowing Him and enjoying His presence. Last week was a bit rough for me but now coming out of it, I can see that God was growing me through that, even though I didn't realize it at the time! So yeah, Praise Him!
